Brand Identity

Encyclopaedia Britannica needs a visual, and digital rebrand to solve their lack of relevancy in the modern age.

The current Encyclopædia Britannica is used for educational purposes but never the first option used to conduct research and learning. A new face-lift can solve their lack of relevancy.

The logo was inspired by the encyclopædia’s traditional learning symbols — the owl and magnifying glass. Each symbol is hidden within the logo-mark.

Web & App

The website and app were also re-designed to compliment the new rebrand. The new design features interactive and user-friendly elements that will help aid the learning experience.
